It all started around a campfire in Montana, with friends who had built their careers in the IT industry for many years and believed there could, and should, be a better answer for small businesses when it comes to IT.
After all, small businesses are the backbone of the U.S. economy — they deserve the same level of IT, security, and support as any enterprise organization. The founders of Endpoint set out to deliver just that.
Small businesses deserve excellent, secure IT and support. Period.
First and foremost — we get it. We’re small business owners, too.
Before starting Endpoint, founders and lifelong friends (David Mayer, Kate Mayer, Neil Photikarm, and Nick Photikarm) had worked in the IT industry for most or all of our careers — from Fortune 500 organizations to startups. We’d seen it all when it came to technology that helped businesses optimize operations and propel growth. But we also saw that a crucial group was being underserved when it came to modern IT, cybersecurity, and support: small businesses. These companies were often left to figure out IT issues themselves or work with a managed service provider that wasn’t a true partner and didn’t really understand their needs.
We decided it was time to do something about that and founded Endpoint Utility Corp (EUC). The name EUC is actually a nod to “end-user computing” or “EUC.” Through experience and expertise, the Endpoint team developed an enterprise-level offering built for small businesses that includes IT, cybersecurity, and support for a cost-effective, predictable per user/per month cost. We’ve gained the trust of hundreds of users from companies across many different industries (construction, healthcare, real estate, non-profit, and more) — and we’re just getting started. Our goal is to help as many small businesses as possible and be the #1 provider for IT for small businesses in the U.S.
